I have reinstalled updates to my Gypsy 4x's trying to get the cartridge December 25th to be available. The cartridge is linked to my device, but does not show up as an available pick to use. Have not had this problem before with any new cartridges. Any suggestions? RuthAnn King

Check under TC or Teresa Collins. I think you will find it there.

I have tried both TC and Teresa Collins, still nothing.

I just checked my Gypsy and it's under Teresa Collins - December 25. Hope this helps you!
