I can't access cricut craft room. I use it all the time, but today it is just stuck on the accessing your account page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, but it just gets stuck in the same spot. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

I have not been able to run CCR for about a month. It says intializing craft room and then nothing. I didn't have this problem before. I can't access anything I saved. I got it to the login screen once and it did nothing. Emailed support but during their hours of support, I am on my way to work or on the way home. I have added the address to my virus scan, even disbled my virus scan with no results. WHAT CHANGED?????

What type of internet do you have? Is it high speed, DSL, Satellite, etc.? Is your Adobe Air program updated and working? -PCGena

I can't use cricut craft room either! I can get in to the program, but it is very slow and freezes. When I go to cut out the designs it freezes on the cut page. I am so frustrated! I have tried it on a mac and pc same problem. It worked off and on last weekend, but this week it just freezes. Any suggestions?

I have Verizon DSL. Nothing has changed, same computer, same dsl, but haven't been able to get into craft room for awhile now. I give up

We have high speed. I have tried it on 3 different computers and 3 different houses. I updated Adobe AIR on all computers and restarted them.

I have found that some virus protection programs will not run circut craft room even if you disable the program because it is still something embedded in the virus protection that is still blocking CCR. Even when you disable the virus protection or when you add CCR to the exception. I totally uninstalled my virus protection and tried to run CCR and that worked now I talked to my tech guys (my equivalent to Geek Squad) he recommended that I call the customer service number for my virus protection and have them help me add the exception because there may be a certain way the exception must be added so the virus protection could recognize the program. I can't access either.. it happened once before about a month ago- I had to uninstall it, the reinstall it. Worked great for a while, but now i'm getting a loading screen and "accessing your account" nothing else

I'm having issues too! I got as far as getting logged in and cutting out ONE letter... I NEED to cut stuff out for a classroom bulletin board!
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, checking for updates... nothing.

Grrr..... I was using it just fine then it froze and I logged out and then logged in and it just won't load. It keeps saying "accessing your account" What is the deal!!! Trying to get my daughter's birthday invitations done and having the same problem. Frozen at "Accessing Your Account" Seriously?!!! For the amount of money I paid for the machine + cartridges + accessories, you'd think Cricut would be more inclined to give better service/improve the CCR program. It's freaking ridiculous! I've uninstalled and re-installed twice to no avail. Already making me regret having spent so much money on a Cricut machine if this is the level of quality and reliability of software/support I can expect. Fix the bugs already!

I too am having the same problem.
It actually started about 2 months ago... amidst trying to design my wedding invitations. I gave up on Cricut on my computer. I was able to install it on my fiance's computer and it was working fine up until about an hour ago. Now the same BS. I am on my last project for my wedding this Saturday... and in the midst of a Cricut crash.
Does anyone from Cricut actually monitor these forums? Obviously this isn't an isolated case. And isn't a new issue since I began experiencing it two months ago. Before I thought it was a computer issue. Now I'm convinced it's software.
I was so excited when I bought this machine... I couldn't believe I was spending that kind of money on it, but... oh the things I would do! Now I'm frustrated, swearing and feeling pretty much swindled.

Give it a try now. You should be able to log in. Please contact our customer service department at 1-877-727-4288 tomorrow morning if you continue to have trouble accessing CCR.

I can't "access your account" too. I deinstalled, installed, deinstalles, deleted my antivirus programm, opend a new Emailadress with a new account on CCR.... Same problem any time!!! I wrote emails of emails, no answer!!!! This problem I have more than 10 month. Please fix it very soon. I can do nothing with my Cricut Personel Cutter!!!! Before 10 month it worked all the time, but it was an other PC with Windows XP. Now I have Windows 7. I am from Germany and I can't call the fon number from outside USA. The Cricut Cutter and the stuff to working with (cartridges) are very expensive in Germany!!! Month I can't working with!!! Please do anything. Greatings from Germany

I can't get past the initializing window. Has anyone figured out how to make this work? I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have disabled the anti-virus and windows firewall. NOTHING WORKS!!!! I tried contacting support and they were not helpful.

Why is it every time I sit down to do a project I cannot access anything? This makes me so angry. I am going to ask for my money back on all my cartridges because I haven't managed to use even one!

I was able to use my craft room yesterday and now today I cannot even get it to load up. I log in and then nothing and even late last night it was freezing and saying not responding... very annoying and I have wedding decorations and invitations to make but I am unable to get to my designs which are saved in the craft room.
