Here is a gift card holder I got inspired to make from Dawn Griffith of Dawn's Stamping Thoughts. I changed mine up a bit, but I thought it was so beautiful I had to try making it. The card on the side is where you would put your message and then there's another pocket inside to put the gift card or cash in. Hope you like it! Love it ... so light and fresh and delicate looking. Great colors, and the bling is fabulous too. Don't you love Dawn's blog and her great videos ... her work is beautiful and her up beat personality shines through. I really like the changes you made to this gift card ... awesome job! I really love this gift card holder. Like JD said, it's so delicate-looking. I know you must have someone special in mind for it, too.
I JUST STUMBLED ONTO THIS Cards forum tonight! I always wondered where the Cricut Chat Cards Forum went; I thought they did away with it when we moved over here to the new servers way back when. SO, I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE CARDS IN THIS SECTION since then. I have been disappointed in the slowness of the MBs. I have no idea why I scrolled all the way down the Cartridge Forums; but, I'm so glad I did.
I always wondered where everyone went. Maybe a lot of others don't know it's here.
After today, I plan to come here everday. AND, I will be commenting. I like getting the comments, too.....although, I never said that when I first started posting in 2008. I didn't think it mattered all that much. Then, when I did get some encouraging comments, it started meaning a lot more to me.
Judging from your beautiful contribution on this post, I'll be looking for you!!
Can't wait to see your next creation!!
