PC does have an Angel Policy that allows you to sell your creations with some exceptions. You'll want to read the Angel Policy for details but the one big thing that isn't allowed is selling items made using the licensed carts {Disney, Nick, Sanrio, etc}.

Thank you for your answer. I have found and read the Angel Policy and I would be well within the guide lines of that policy.
