I am new at using my cricut and am trying to figure out how to delete saved projects. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean from Cricut Craft Room? If so, click on My Projects from the toolbar. You'll see a trash can next to each of the projects. Click the one next to the project you want to delete. Click Yes to confirm.  And repeat!
