Trouble linking new carts to craft room and gypsy

When I try to link to craft room it says wrong number written to cart and when I try Gypsy it says already linked to a gypsy... anyone have this happen and now I have to wait until Monday to get to customer service.
The carts are Folk Art Festival and Create a Critter 2

I just bought those carts but haven't tried to link them yet.

BTT... I know this has happened with other carts, but can't find thread to see what happened....
