Just found this in my Cricut Craft Room. I think this would look great on the front door instead of my usual wreath

It is fun but I am not sure what my family would make of me putting up Rudolph's head as a trophy....

I've just finished cutting it out and putting it together. I need to go out tomorrow to buy the felt and the foam. But it already looks really cute!! Think I'll be buying this one!

I cut four small deer out and OMG they are so cute! I tried to buy the digi tonight because it's on sale. But it wouldn't let me, said I already owned it. Can't we buy the digi's when they are free?

I didn't have to size the reindeer because I downloaded the project cut file and imported it into CCR. It's already sized to cut out as big as will fit on a 12x12 mat. Here's the link to the .ccr file: http://www.cricut.com/project/C...B_Mounted%2BReindeer.ccrIf you want to do it yourself from scratch the size looks to be set at 11.5". Once it's no longer free it will be available to purchase from the store again.

Thanks Narelle, I was just hoping I could buy Rudolph while he was on sale. Narelle how many sheets of foam are you using for the back? It looks like PC used a couple. This is regular foam right and not "Foam Board"? I've never worked with foam before so I want to make sure I get the right stuff. Thanks

I haven't had a chance to get out and buy my foam or felt yet but I can tell you the total thickness will need to be just under 1/4 of an inch or thicker. If you look at the screen shot of the head you'll see a tab on the right hand side. That's the piece that slots into the foam. If the foam is too thin then I would think that the head wouldn't sit flat against the wall. (Not sure whether that's a problem yet. I guess I'll find out once I've put it all together!)
