I need to contact Recollections the company that sells the scrapbook supplies. I googled it and can not find any information. Does anyone have any idea of how I can contact them?

Recollections is the Michael's brand. They have various companies under that brand. I.E. DCWV makes some stacks for them, but under the Recollections label.

HTH some,

No idea. If it is the Michael's brand, then I'd take it to them to see about a replacement or refund. Do you have a picture of the packaging of the cutter? Unless there's another recollections company...then I would think it is Michaels. If you have the packaging, I'd recognize probably whether it is Michaels as it's always the same font etc. if you could post a picture of it.

I would just take it back to Michael's.
Hope you get a new working one soon.

Yes, take it back to Michael's. They should take care of it for you.
