Hi,
I am very new to cricut and I had a hard time on using it. I just bought a digital
cartridge and started to use craftroom sftware. However, i can't cut the project I have as i can't view teh cut botton. No matter how I resize the screen stil cant go through the cut botton, i am referring to the screen that shows after clicking the cut botton
pls help

Are you using the digital cart. to make your project? You can only cut if you have the carts. for the cut, or the digital cart. Hope that makes sense to you.
Does the digital cart. show up under {my carts}? If so then it should cut.
Hopefully someone else can help, if not you can call provo craft.

Even though you are cutting a DIGITAL, I believe you have to inject any cartridge into the machine for a digital to cut. It's been a while since I've thought about this; but, maybe that will help? So, before you get ready to CUT, place any cartridge you own into the machine and see if you can now see your CUT button to continue. ALSO, I don't think you get instant access to digitals when you buy them. It seems to me when I bought one, I had to wait a day or two. I might be wrong. Did you just buy it today? Let us know.
