How can I cut a word vertically with my Cricut expression?

Not sure what you are asking..when it cuts it cuts vertical unless you change the setting to cut horizontal.

I want all letters to run down and be even on a long mat. You can't do that using the Cricut by itself. But you can do it if you use Cricut Craft Room, a Gypsy or Design Studio.

Or you could cut each letter out individually and place it vertically.

Ok you can put the machine on landscape and your letters could not be any taller than 1 3/4"
You would cut your t, hit line return, set up your H cut it, hit line return, set up your A cut it , hit line return, set up your n cut it, hit line return, set up your k cut it hit line return and set up your s cut it they will all be in a vertical row but because you have a 6 letter word it limits them to no bigger than the 1 3/4" as previously mentioned.
