peachy kiko can come and stay with me since i won't have my boys at Christmas.. we are actually in Maine right now.. and COB thanks for making the weather so great for the drive up and keep up the good work for next weekend when we have to travel back.
love all the great pictures of the gowns and such.
this is my check in and i will be working very hard to get this completed when i return home.
have a wonderful week and a great holiday.. hoping for some really good sales.

JCI- I have been crafting my tail off this weekend. I have 4 days left to complete, but I have my ideas and supplies ready. Hope everyone has had a great weekend. DD and I have watched movies, crafted, and shopped for Thanksgiving dinner. We have had a fun weekend together, just the 2 of us girls. DH and DS are at Boy Scout Winter Camp so it has been a stay up all night, sleep in kind of weekend. Waves to my SS and the SS who has me. Hoping to finish up to mail this week or the latest next Monday. Hugs, Lana

I finally got around it by using complementary shades of a single color she liked and made the lettering only in jewel tones that fit the scheme.

Hello Ladies,
Jeri I am so glad you liked your 12 days gifts. I had fun making these for
you. I am checking in today with my brand new puter! It's a windows 8 so
it's taking some learning for me but so far so good!
I am sorry I had to mail a couple days early but I had to go south for a dental apt
last week and wanted to meet that early deadline.
Can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with.
And yes Gwen that is cherry lip gloss, figured everyone could use some of that.

Good Morning!!
Busy weekend here!! And not with crafting like I wanted!!! Bill did not go hunting, so he was here all weekend... we worked in the yard for both days, kept the grandkids Saturday night and also had our family "pre-holiday" get together Saturday night. It's getting so big!! Although there have also been a ton of people who come who are not family, friends of my niece's... and lots of them. I hate to be cranky about it, but it has become more of a party for her than our family... sigh... my nephew talked a guy into coming and DJ'ing... we left when he got there, it was soooo loud!! But I got to see the two newest babies and snuggie with them, so that was awesome! And the food is great, we all bring something (well, except for those extras, they just come and eat... grrrrr...) Anyway, I played around with my purse directive and am loving it, going to finish that this morning!
Rebecca, your daughter is gorgeous!!!! Seems to me she should have won!!!!
More to comment on, but Kaitlyn is yelling for me so I better go...

I am so excited I got one of my larger projects completed yesterday. It feels good to get that done.

I was away for the weekend with some girlfriends from church - we crafted all weekend and I made great headway on this swap :) So far I'm happy with everything I've made... Still have 3 more things to make and have good ideas for all of them, so I expect I'll just need a few more evenings of crafting time to finish up.

JCI. Am now under the gun to finish this swap ASAP. We are FINALLY getting the remaining flooring installed next week and I will have to REPACK my craft room for a few days. I'm so regretting not finishing the flooring BEFORE we moved in but at least it will be done before the holidays.

Day 3~ My very own paper Eiffel Tower. It has yellow roses and Fleur de Lis all over it! YAY!!! I think this may be my favorite... Day 4~ Feather Butterflies. My DD's & I think they are amazing! Day 5~ A Shabby Chic Banner (CREATE) made in my craft room colors. I love this banner more than words can describe. It's gorgeous. Thank you so much, Peachy!!! Day 6~ Tilda tags using vintage Victorian themed paper as backgrounds. Six of them. I'm so blessed with all the wonderful work she did on these. Day 7~ Cuts from the Lacy Labels cart! Done in blue and green. These are fantastic and I don't think I'm giving a single one away. I'm going to use everyone of them on projects that I keep for myself! Thank you, Peachy...I love them! Day 8~ A Shabby Chic Pearl Wreath!!! I love this little wreath. It's exactly my style. Day 9~ A Shabby Chic Purse filled with Starburst! I love it and will be sharing it with DGS tonight as we watch a family movie together. Thank you so much... Day 11~ Green, Red & Yellow Trims wrapped around Tim Holtz dress forms. I love them! I especially loved the dress forms. I can't wait to used all of them. Thanks you! Day 12~ Sheet Music Notecards in a Sheet Music box. They are so cute! I will be using them on gifts for the Band Director and his wife....his assistant. Rebecca, you are the lucky person to receive from Peachy this time around and as always such a wonderful box of goodies!!! Those Tilda tags - WOW! I think they would become little ornaments at my house as I am not sure I would want them on a gift to someone who may not appreciate the talent that went into making them... but then again your comments sounds like your family just may appreciate it..

For some reason it posted the same message twice when I received an error the first time couple times I tried to post the pictures. I can always come up with more things to say but I was trying to post quickly... beginning to think that is an oxymoron -- posting anything quickly!! LOL On the box Peachy sent to Rebecca, I could have gone on and on about each item as they are all so nicely done! Peachy, I didn't take as many pictures as I would have liked but have a few and will post them in the next day or two. I am still trying to know all the history of the area and maybe some of it will make more sense when I will probably go back in January..... and boy I bet it will be cold then... I am excited to see boxes coming in but I am still working on mine for my SS and as it seems to be my style I will be mailing close to the end of the mailing dates. REGARDING JOYSEE:
I've had a PM from GrandmaJ and have also read her post on Joysee. Joyce again indicated that she has her swaps mostly complete so I'm going to take a leap of faith and trust that she'll be able to get online and check in with us by the end of this weekend.
So I'm just going to continue to hold off and hope for the very best outcome.
