Hi to all I have really wanted a cricut I could put on my computer, I am a disabled crafter and my computer helps me get out in the real world. I have just bought the cricut mini and some cartridges to help with a group of learning dificult children here in the uk. Unfortunatly I canot initlise the machine so cannot get into the craft room to create. Can anyone help, I have been trying all day I stripped my defences I reloaded the software and the files the cricut needs but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas, I have seen from other cricitors thats its a common problem I wish I knew this before I was persuded to buy from the NEC show here in Birmingham UK.

Sorry I can't help you out. I am not too tech savy myself. But I am sure someone will come along soon and help you out. I would say call customer support, but I see you are in the UK so it may be a little difficult to do. I am confident you will be able to find a fix with the help from some very helpful posters here. When you do i am sure you will get lots of pleasure from your new machine. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. Suzie.
