I just unpacked my new Expression 2 and I noticed during set up that the LCD screen is not responding to the stylist. After many tries, got everything set up to cut the first item and the LCD screen will not respond to the stylist when hitting loading paper.
Is this a common problem and do I need to return the machine?

Is this a common problem and do I need to return the machine? Hello, We would like to recommend doing a hard reset for your Expression 2. You can do this with the Expression 2 turned off press and hold the top Zoom button, Pause button, and then the power key. (should get the rainbow screen). It will then switch to the load screen followed by the main menu screen. -Cricut Dani

Brand new owner and user: When I turn on my expressions 2 and it goes to the icon menus either pre-programmed in the system or to a cartridge . I have an icon outlined in a green square box and it bounces on the screen. It does respond to the pointer. Any suggestions?
