Christmas tree is gorgeous!
Did you frost these with Krylon before putting on the vinyl or did they come with the frosted look? If so where from?

These are beautiful and I love the frosted look. Never thought to use ink to color the glass and then vinyl it. You could probably use any color ink, right?

Beautiful! The frosted looks is a lovely touch. I'll have to do a search for that video with the ink.

Love them!! Are the lights battery operated? I think one of the carts used on the first tree was Christmas Noel. Correct me if I'm wrong and maybe the other tree came from joys of the season??

These are so pretty I had to run right out and get a block. I couldnt find the stazon ink. So I bought white glass paint. Bad idea it all peeled off. So I tried the white pigment ink I had on hand. Its been 3 days and its still wet . I am trying to dry it in the oven. If this does not work I think I will remove the ink I used and find the ink you said to use. Thank you for sharing this with us. I hope to have mine done b-4 christmas.

Hi Becky,
I know some people use glass etching cream. They have also said it was very messy. I got the ink first on Ebay....then I saw it at Michaels. I love making the glass blocks. When you finish your block please post a picture. Would love to see it.

Hello JeanneLee I found the lights at Dollar General. For the small blocks I use between 20-50 lights on a strand. Also I get the white cord. For the bigger block I use between 70-100 lights with white cord. I have also seen them in Family Dollar. Hope this helps.
