I have been eyeing the *Sew Easy* but I want some input on it, how do you use it? Is it very easy to use and is it worth buying? I see you can buy all type's of heads for it, I need to do more readying on it..lol
(Making my Christmas list and was thinking about adding that but I want to see what other's think about it)

(Making my Christmas list and was thinking about adding that but I want to see what other's think about it) I "had" to have this but I really am not impressed. You roll the head down your cardstock which is supposed to pierce it then you sew the thread through the holes. The thing is no matter what I try I cannot get decent holes in the cardstock or when I do it looks torn not clean like the photos I have seen. I do use the mat, so that is not the problem.

I am not a fan of it! Like someone else said sometimes the holes look torn or they don't pierce deep enough. If you push too hard on it, then it crinkles the paper. I also use the mat.

I have it and I love if. What type of paper or card stock are you using? I use the mat and a the guide ruler accessory. I'm guessing it takes some used to with the pressure in the head tool. It's really fun to use to me and adds great details to my projects. Sometimes if the holes aren't pierced enough I go ahead and go over them with my piercer.
I have done several projects using this tool on my blog. Just click blog and they should be under "sew easy". I. Also have sew stamper and sew ribbon. I love sew ribbon but I'm not too thrilled about sew stamper.
Good luck hope this help. Also, it helps to divide the floss with sewing it onto the paper. That way it doesn't look extremely think. Plus if you have a local store like Archivers near you can always go in and they will give u a demonstration.
