I'm trying to cut only from the CCR with my Imagine. I get a "Checking Mat Status" message. The problem was I lost internet access during the print/cut process and got the printing done but no cut. So it has been 15 minutes stuck on this message and I can not get it to cut. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm really new to the CCR scene  Thank you!!

Did you retry? If you can't get it to unload, STOP the cut on the computer and then try to unload. Char
