Do you have the real dial size option turned on? If you keep doing "Fit to page", then each item will print as large as it possibly can instead of the size that you need for the proportions you are working with. I would pick the shirt and figure out what size you need that and then you can print the rest accordingly. I would use either your computer or the gypsy to help with lining things up and seeing if the size is what you want. The computer program I believe is free. It's under the craftroom link.

Check that and try again. All the outfits on PDDU are sized to fit the body size you choose, if Real Dial Size is off. Use Fit to Page and choose the body. Press the OK button under the LCD screen and note what size it has calculated. Cut the body and then enter the size you wrote down on the dial and cut the other pieces. If Real Dial Size is on, it will override the proportional sizing for the images.
