Can anybody on here please help me I have a cricut expression 12x24 I have purchased it new in august 2011, but have given it very little use, as i felt i didn't know enough about it and wern't happy with my results, but lately have joined a craft group and used their cricut and loved it, I've tried mine when i got home again but still wern't happy. Now i realise why, after purchasing winter lace cartridge i realise when i cut something its distorted, which is why i don't like my results..I have tried new mat and blade and have updated thro cricut design studio...still the same. This cricut is only just over a year old and bearing in mind i have not hardly used it I am now very dissapointed considering the price these machines are. Its as tho it needs recalibrating, but i know you can only do this on the touchscreen anniversary editions. Any ideas please, i'm willing to try anything :(
