Hi all,

I'm in a pinch. I have a party this Friday and suddenly my Cricut is not cutting all the way through. Jeez louise. I have cupcake wrappers and favors and toppers and all sorts of stuff I was planning on cutting tonight and now I can't and Support is already closed. I have had the Cricut for 3.5 months and have become somewhat adept at it. This is what I have tried:

Blade Depth and Pressure at it's highest
Removed Blade housing to make sure it was fine and not blocked
Changed to a brand new blade
Used a brand new mat
Checked Cricut Sync and I am completely up to date on everything
Tried cutting straight from machine and from CCR
Turned off and on the machine

I will try to call support tomorrow but in the meantime, is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot this on my own. I'm so worried that there's nothing Support can do then I won't have a machine to prep for my party.

*sigh*
