Only 3 1/2 weeks until these are due!!!!! Don't forget, we have Thanksgiving between now and the due date so you don't have as much time as you might think you have  I have taken MrsGenaZapoff the list! She hasn't been on the MB since Oct 5th when she signed up and has not answered any emails. I even sent them receipt request and still nothing. We have an angel!!!! I was ready to mail mine and I always reread the directions and it says we had to make 16 not 15 so it seemed to take me forever to make the final one but its done : )
BUT they will all 16 be in the mail Wednesday

I am all caught up on my swaps, just have to mail them and would love to be an Angel for this swap for you. I have a traditional Oatmeal Shortbread recipe. I got the recipe from a relative who came over from England for a family reunion. I will convert the recipe from British to American measurements if I need to. Let me know.

jci I have the recipe printed and paper planned! I really want to finish the 12 days of christmas swap first then I will get these done! recipe swaps are pretty easy and I am pretty sure I can get them done pretty quick!

My gingerbread pages are coming out really well. However, I gave it a lot of thought about how to do it. The recipe takes up one whole 8x8 page unless you want the font to be really really small. I also did not want to make it so that the page has to be pulled out of its protective covers to get to the backside of the recipe. Therefore, I have decided to do this on a double-page 8x8 layout. I hope that is acceptable. I've got this week to get them all finished, but I think you will all love the results.
