I have been cutting with my cricut when all at once it is not cutting thru the paper. I have done the reset several times and it has not worked. The only way I can cut is if I put in the deepcut blade and run it thru 3 times then the cut is not smooth. I even got out a new machine that has not been used before and it is doing the same thing! I have tried DS and manual cuts and it is all the same. What is wrong here? I am going nuts trying to figure this out. A brand new machine should not be doing this!

Is the arrow on your blade housing facing you?
What different settings have you tried?
What kind of cardstock are you trying to cut?
