Help ! Can anyone get into the Cricut Craft Room ??? Ever since I did the most recent update I have no luck getting in ??? It's the last day of a freebie there I wanted too !

I have the most recent update also and am having no problem signing in to CCR....maybe you need to call CS...????

Is it stuck at the Initializing screen? If it is it's most likely your anti-virus program blocking it. You'll need to add exceptions for CCRBridge.exe, Cricut-Craftroom.exe. You'll find CCRBridge.exe in two locations on your hard drive. Make sure you add both just to be sure. One is in C:/Program Files/Cricut-Craft Room and the other is in C:/Program Files/Cricut Sync. If that doesn't help you can also try running it in compatibility mode. Here's a screen shot of what you need to select.
