Wow - I didn't know glass etching was so easy

Well let me tell you about glass etching - there is no turning back for a redo. I like the results but I wish I had moved the image either up or down on my glass door rather than in the center. I put a black binder behind so that it would show up better in the photo. I may bracket the P by adding another scroll upside down over the top. The font is from Winter Woodland and the scroll is from either Home Accents or Home Decor (I think). I used CCR to lineup and space the font and scroll like I wanted, cut it from vinyl and used transfer paper to place on the glass. Smeared etching cream in the transfer areas, waited five minutes and cleaned it of. Done! One other thing, I had one tiny little bleed. So make absolutely sure the edges are stuck good to avoid the cream from seeping under Edited by user Tuesday, November 06, 2012 3:00:40 PM(UTC)

Nice job! It looks beautiful! I've been wanting to try glass etching for years (at least as far back as the Carol Duvall days).
