We have never had a problem with our cricut expressions 2 before. Went to use it today and when we hit the cut button we just got a permament hourglass sign. The only thing I noticed on the screen is that there is an exclamation point on the wireless icon. The problem is we are not trying to do anything wireless, just want to cut from the factory installed disk...I tried unplugging and plugging back in but got the same icon with exclamation point....any other ideas out there?
