Does anyone have a good suggestion for cutting the thin card board - the weight you would typically use for a scrap or photo book- with the deep cut blade? I keep trying but I either have to multi cut it or I have to use scissors to cut places it "misses". When I try multi cut it never cuts the same line twice so I end up with a mess. I will appreciate any advice you have for me. Thank you in advance.

I haven't ever used the multicut feature so I can't help there but you might want to post this in the Cricut Chat forum. It seems to get more viewer traffic. Especially on Sundays.
Have you tried putting the pressure and blade depth at the highest they will go? I set mine there using the regular blade and it cuts thru without multicut.
FYI I have always used the Stratmore 300 Series (yellow cover)140 lb. Watercolor Pad I bought at Michael's. (I think ours stopped carrying it) BUT our Michael's now carries a new (for us) brand that costs nearly half the price and has twice as many pages in it.
It is the 140 lb. Watercolor Pad by Artist's Loft. It costs $5.99 and has 24 pages in it. (Strathmore was $9.99 and had 12 pages in it)
I just tried cutting my new find last night and it cuts perfectly. Hope this helps
