I had problems getting my new laptop with windows 8 to work even in compatability mode. I ended up switching laptops with my father in law until PC releases the new windows 8 drivers..which I've asked Customer service for updates on when they'll release with no responses of course. I miss my new laptop lol. I recommend holding off on a new windows 8 pc until PC releases the drivers.

I'd call PC and talk to CS. There are so many different configurations on people's computers and CS can help figure out what needs to happen on yours.
