It has been a long time since I have been on the message boards. My Imagine is acting stupid so I come on to find some help and see threads about the Imagine being discontinued! Is it true? Someone tell me straight up please, do not refer me to another post that I can't locate. I am going to be super sad. I LOVE my Imagine (even when stupid) and have also encouraged about 6 of my friends to buy one summer before last. They are not going to be happy with me :( Blessings, Jana

If you are experiencing issues please let us know, we would love to help any way we can. -PCGena

Don't count on what anybody from PC is telling us! I have an Imagine that won't respond to the CCR or Sync since the latest CR update & CS tells me to do a restor/reformat. I have done it 5 times since Friday (& talked to CS 3 times Friday) & it still won't do! I think all PC people are being told to tell end users whatever they think will satisfy us! I have now been running my latest attempt at restore/reformat for over an hour & still no luck!

Yes, The Imagine and Cake are being discontinued. It doesn't sound like any new Imagine carts will be forthcoming either - except possibly digital ones. At least that's what it sounded like to me. I'll have to go back and read the post from Nathan. He did say that PC will continue to support the existing machines. So. That's something at least.

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to pop in and clarify. When I posted the Imagine had not been discontinued. We here at Provocraft were all informed before the announcement was made. It was a difficult desicion. Now that it has been discontinued my statement is still true reguarding the support. We will always support the Imagine machine and it's coordinating products. Any new Imagine content that is released will be announced in the Hello Thursday announcements. And if you do experiance an issue please call customer service, we are always willing to help. -PCGena

I believe that talks about the imagine being discontinued started when someone from PC leaked that information pre-maturely. In my opinion, the writing was on the wall months ago. PC had inks as low as$4.95, mats $5.99 plus when they changed the mats to universal it was all in the making. It's just shameful that no one believes in honesty and integrity. Retailers knew about the possibility of the imagine being discontinued prior to customers. Now that most of the imagine inventory has been liquidated PC has decided to make the announcement to customers. Question, what about customers who are not on the message board, how are they going to receive this news? Is PC planning to send letters out to all registered imagine owners? Just random thoughts about the way this situation was handled.
