After cutting my creations, I hit unload paper. Which the machine does but the brain stays in "unloading" mode. After 20 seconds, I hit the "stop" button and the brain display shows cancel. It never moves from that cancel screen. I have to turn the machine off, then back on to clear it. Any suggestions???

Thanks, Hello thesoapmineb364051e! I can suggest updating the Expression. You can use the Cricut Design Studio, the Gypsy, and Cricut Craft Room to update your Expression.
