I used green vellum and put it inside the block. The rest is vinyl on the outside of the block. Tied it with a pretty bow!!

This may sound like a dumb question but how do you get the velumn in the block and make it so smooth? This is really cute.

That is so different than anything I've seen. I love it! Did you stick the vellum on the inside or do the lights hold it in place. That is so beautiful. Great job!

I sprayed the vellum with repositional adhesive and it is stuck to the inside of the glass block. Pretty tricky, but easy once you get the hang of it.

Hi, I saw your glass block while surfing old posts. Very nice! Im new to all this crafting, could you tell me how you separated the "T" with the name in the middle? For the life of me I can not get that figured out. Any tips, tricks or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Or if anybody would care to chime in and lend a helping hand?

The actual split letter on the original posting is a file from My Vinyl Designer. You can no longer use 3rd party applications with any Cricut It's too bad, because it is SUPER easy to do with those. There is a way to do it with only using Cricut cartridges - just keep searching the forums here. Look for "floating frames" or "split letter" There have been a couple members here who have done some neat ones!!
