Howdy everyone. Bought my wife an E2 for her birthday. For the most part she loves it but there have been some hiccups
One in particular is using the Craft Room program has been buggy. She finds that it doesnt respond to inputs well. She
is trying to use the markers and at first the cricut didn't even lower the marker onto the paper even though she used the suggested
pressure and speed settings

Is she using a Cricut marker? If so, she should place it into the carriage and make sure it is pushed down far enough. If she is using a marker from another manufacturer, she might need a housing for the pen made by that manufacturer.
