I am trying my E2 for the first time. My Expression died on me, so I'm giving the E2 a try. I have the E@ hooked up to my laptop and I'm trying to install all the updates and firmware using the cricut sync. It was moving along very nicely, but now it seems to be stuck at 66% and cricut sync is telling me that it's uploading updates and just sits there. The E2 says it's receiving update and not to turn it off or unplug it and that also appears to be stuck. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I should do to try and fix this?

I'm having similar problem with mine...it moved right along but now has been updating library files for over two hours. This is the first time it has been updated. Any suggestions?
