I broke my handle off where the bol/screw goes into the machine. Has anyone fixed this? I really don't want to buy a new one,
And, in todays mail I hit a wonderful sale at 'Flowers to Flourish' with several half off dies to use on it!!!

Did you purchase this through a Stampin Up demonstrator? If so you can contact Stampin' Up and let them know what happened and they will gladly send you another. They are excellent to work with

When they first came out, I got the Big Shot. I didn't really read how to stack the plates and tried to force something through. It stripped the gears and stuck in the middle of the machine. We took the machine apart and found which parts had to be replaced. I called Ellison and told them what I did. They were great and since it was just the a couple of gears, sent them free of charge. We put it back together, good as new.

Sizzix does have a 3 year warranty on the Big Shot and their customer service is awesome. I bet they will take care of it for you.

I just read that. I bought this from a MB member. It was brand new. I don't think I kept the bos. I have only had it a little more than a year. I went to the site and made out a work order and have a number. Maybe I'll call today? How is the weather today??

My handle wouldn't turn, I searched the net and found a "contact me" site, wrote to them and told them what had happened, I was asked to send a photo of the serial number under the machine and they sent me a new one, this was to Australia, no cost to me. Fantastic company to deal with
