just starting to learn how to use. It will cut once then stops-Talk to cricut people and changed to a diffent computer and did all the firewall stuff. Thought it wanted me to add my cricut machine registration information. I did that- now it does not recognize my machine at all. Won;t connect. I did put in the serial number correctly as far as I could tell.
Any suggestions?

Have you installed the drivers for your Cricut onto your computer? (Only applies if your using a PC, not a Mac.)
You'll find the drivers in the CCR help menu.
