1) Where can I buy 12 x 24 paper? I would like to make masks and such off the batman cart using my expression but I don't have big enough paper :/
2) I bought vellum and would love to make treat sacks an such any idea how to do this or what cart to use?

You can get cardstock in any of the craft stores, Michaels, ACMoore, Hobby Lobby, JOanns, etc. Not sure they call 12x 24.. i have several packs of 12 x 24 that i got online. Cricutmachine.com used to have the 12 x 24 not sure if they still do.
As for the vellum bags any cart that has boxes or bags on it..there are lots of them that have a bag.
