I have purchased a new DS for my laptop and updated everything as per the links at the top of this post and now I can't load the paper and none of the buttons on my Cricut will work...on either computer, which now have their own DS's... I read somewhere someone has had this happen to them...what is going on??? Please can someone shed some light on this for me because PC won't help - I know that!!! the same thing happened to me. I have windows 7, and design is made for vista 32 bit. I called support and they FIXED everything for me. It was nice customer service. hope that helps
