Are you ready for another ATC challenge?
Here is the challenge part------There will be 3 groups with each group having an additional requirement, theme, technique or product that you need to use. All need to be vintage or shabby chic style.
I know it is easy to use an online image when doing ATCs, but try not to use more than a couple if you are in several groups. Let’s see what you ladies can come up with!
ATCs are 2 ½” X 3 ½” mini works of art that you decorate as you would a card. PLEASE, PLEASE use at least 2 layers of cardstock for your base to ensure the sturdiness of the ATC. Do your best and make sure everything is trimmed and glued well. Make sure you sign the backs of your ATCs. title, your MB name, the date and number of card. (ex: 1 of 12, 2 of 12).
Many of the people that have participated in my ATC swaps along with those of JeanP, want to be in any new swaps we open. Because of this, the groups may fill up fast. If you haven’t been in any of my swaps before, you need to have someone from one of my previous swaps vouch for you.
We will be doing 12 ATCs per group. You will keep 1 and send 11 to me. Sign-ups will end when groups are filled. The due date is Monday December 3rd. This is the last day for me to receive your ATCs, not a last mailing date. I will be strict with this. If life happens and you need to drop out, please let me know as soon as possible. PM me for my address anytime if you don’t already have it. If I get them all on time, I should be able to get them swapped out and mailed by the following Friday.
IMPORTANT— Please subscribe to the thread and check in every 2 weeks. If I don’t hear from you, I will send you pm reminders. After that I will get an angel to fill your spot. Please realize that I am not trying to be pushy but want to make sure you are still in. As in all my swaps, I have the right to refuse anyone if I think it will jeopardize the swap. This may seem harsh but part of my duty as hostess is to take care of my swappers and make sure they get what they signed up for. This eliminates stress for all of us. If you have any questions, feel free to ask BEFORE you sign up.
SHIPPING--Package each group in a separate baggie labeled with the group number and your MB name to facilitate the sorting. Please remember to add a return envelope along with postage. If you want me to re-use your same packaging, just send a return label and the postage.
FYI--- For those of you who do lots of sets, I have found that you can fit 3-4 sets of 11 or12 ATCs in one of the small USPS Priority Boxes. Cost is $5.35 (less if you do your postage online.) I can do your return Priority online, including DC for $5.15. Include a note letting me know how you want shipping done.
