Never too late, since that one is a group swap. I usually add (sometimes take away) a few people throughout the course of the swap. I'll add you now...and you know you (and she) can make more than 4, so let her get her creativity going and make more than 4. The more you make, the more you get back!

I do not have any preference for winter or Christmas as for colors would prefer you keep them to the basics.
Please let me know if you have any preferences. I can do either Winter or Christmas. Also if you have any color pallets you would like me to use not not use please let me know.
You can just post on the board or PM me.
I have all the things needed to start your Chunky Charms. Christmas or Winter does not matter and as long as the colors are not neon, anything is cool....if winter maybe blues, silver and white or Christmas traditional is cool. Denise Looking forward to swapping with you!

I think I'd like to have this one oriented toward Christmas; I think I'll use it with a collage of pictures I'll put together of items I've made for gifts this year. That picture will likely go in either my sewing room or my crafting loft, probably my sewing room since so far, the majority of the items I've made I've sewn, embroidered, and/or quilted.. Anything with wine, burgundy, gold tones or copper tones, will work great in either room. If that doesn't work with using your stash, then surprise me! I tend to like to use these charms as accent pieces for frames.

Hi ladies, quick question
Has anyone seen a charm that is a sled or tobaggan that is not christmas? The only ones I have been able to find are sterling silver and as much as I love everyone on the board I cannot afford to spend that much money on a charm when I am making multiples.

Just checking in~
Hi to my partner, Simone~
Hope everyone is doing well. I've been busy this week with the 12 Days Christmas Swap and filling an order for Christmas cards. I have a craft plan all laid out for all of the Christmas things that I'm doing. Have a great rest of your week, ladies

I am having fun making these but hate that I will need to put them down for the next week. Off on a much needed vacation before the wonderful world of Medicare gets really busy with open enrollment.
Since I know I can not take these on a plan will be taking my gypsy to design the tags to go with them.
Hope everyone else is having fun.

Each time I come to this thread I get so confused and disoriented! I have no idea what it means to not be the last person on the list that I started making white/silver/blue bead thingies to go with red/gold thingies! UGH! Now what am I supposed to do???
See Robin, I told you - you should keep bumping my name to the bottom! that way, I can only look up! Bwahahaha! I crack me up! Good thing I'm not an egg!

I want to let you know the sad news my family received this week. My son Brian died at Fort Hood Texas. We will be traveling there next week for his military funeral and then bringing his remains home to our state Veteran's Cemetery. Jean and I just finshed another day of making Cards for Soldiers that are going to his unit that is deployed to Afghanistan. He stayed behind due to health issues. I have started on all my swaps and will need to keep busy after I return from Texas so intend to complete them all. Edited by user Saturday, October 20, 2012 7:30:04 PM(UTC)

GrammaP, I'm so sorry to learn about your son. My prayers are with you and your family.
I am just checking in. I received my charms now I have to decide on the exact colors. Does anyone know how to make the metal charms look enameled? I think I might be able to use embossing power but am not sure.
