I'm having a problem cuting the letter p. Have tried every size and it will not cut have the original cricut.Have removed cartridge, turned off and on, and will not cut.

What happens when you try to cut it? Does it tear? Not cut anything?
I have the cart and not had any issues with it.

I've had problems with Accent Essentials when welding shapes together using the gypsy. The welded cut is nothing like the weld.
With all the carts they have designed, it doesn't surprise me that some shapes just don't work as planned.
