Hi Everyone!
I haven't used my Expression with CCR, I hadn't updated it or my gypsy in probably close to a year. I just updated my Gypsy and all went well, hooked it to my E and it cuts fine (no update notice came up), then I hooked my E to my laptop (a macbookpro running osx lion) and CCR told me I needed to update my Expression. I've tried now 5x and it fails at the end and says it was unsuccessful and to try again or contact support (which I can try doing on Monday).
Just wondering what the issue could be, I've updated my E in the past via my gypsy but like I said it didn't request that this time.

mom@home, I can recommend trying to update your Expression through Design studio first, however you will need to use a PC as the Design Studio program is not compatible with a Mac computer. Also, you should be able to cut by skipping the update. I hope that this helps. -PCGena

I'm having similar issues. And, you cannot cut without updating. Been trying for over 3 hours.
