I updated my Gypsy using cricut sync last night. Then I tried to update my cricut with the gypsy and it could not recognize that the cricut was connected to the gypsy. Tonight, I did a direct connect with my computer to do the cricut update but again, it could not recognize that the cricut was connected to the computer. Any ideas?

Have you downloaded the drivers for the E2? i am not very techie and have sold my E2 but i know you need the drivers,just an idea,hope it helps

I tried to updsate Anniv edition, and then it was no longer recognized, tried to reformat it and wouldn't get past the restart phase of reformat. After 2 techinicians and 2 hours, they told me it needed to be returned, and then they shipped me a new E2.
