Just purchased Expression 2. New to Cricut. Can I print and cut out labels. I bought the markers but I can only get it to outline then cut???

No you can only print with the Cricut Imagine...you can print from your computer and then cut it on your machine, you can watch videos Youtube.

The markers or after market pens should act just as your blade and create the whole image. You can not "print" with an E2.
