Charms ordered a few nights ago. As soon as they arrive DD and I will be getting started on these. Can't wait. Hoping that now that I've got the hang of it they'll be even better this time around. Taking the night off and going to hang out with some great friends at a bonfire. Good friends, good food and good beverages It's sure to be a great night. DH got off work early and is on his way home to go with me. That's even better. Hope you ladies all have a great evening ~Rebecca

I hate that that happened to you, but at least computers have come down in price. Glad to hear you're up and running again. Got you down, and I'll let you know about the partner one. I would like to join both groups but need to know about how I need to have someone vouch for me. I have been doing the monthly RAK for the last few months and completed a swap with Jen Ebright. I am currently in the Ribbon Scrap Swap and have already sent my ribbons.
Thank you,

I will be closing both groups tonight and picking partners for the partner swap later this evening.
Those of you in the partner swap feel free to ask questions of your partner once you get a name.
Anyone wanting to join the regular swap after I close, please let me know and I can certainly add you.

Hi all! Thanks Robin! Another fun swap. Yay! Gail, I received one of your Halloween charms. It is gorgeous! I (well, you) have received so many compliments. It is chunky to say the least. Where do you get your beads and charms. Very unusual beads. Loved them. My youngest son's favorite was the lime green one that looked like a booger. He wants to use the entire charm and tag to display in his room. LOL. He never likes my work. Kids! Debbie, what is your preference? Do you want your charm to be Wintery or Christmasy? Any color preference? Could you pm me your addy? I'll pm mine to you as well. Have a great evening everybody! Tammy

Tammy Tammy: I get my beads at Gem Faire.. and when I saw the green blobby one and the red blob (ie blood clot)..I thought it would be great for Halloween.. The witch and spider are from "eximbeads.com" a vendor from LA.. all my "unusual" beads come from the Gem Faire.. including the Asian ones I did for Kaui Melody! The charms are from ebay... Gail

Hi to Emerald~ You and I are partners. Let me know if you have any preferences or likes/dislikes. I'm not going to be getting started on these till some of the beads ordered the other day come in. My DD is helping me as she's the true jewelry maker in the family and she's really looking forward to doing this with me.
I can't wait to get started. If you don't mind I have several requests.
I would like for two to be blues...dark/light and some white & silver is ok too.
The other 2 can be traditional red/green/white/silver. Thanks so much
~Rebecca

Hey,Denise E.
I am excided to see what we all create for these swaps. I have made some charms in the past but this is my first swap for them.
I looked over the examples and hope I mine turn out as nice as the ones others have done.
I do not have any preference for winter or Christmas as for colors would prefer you keep them to the basics.
Please let me know if you have any preferences. I can do either Winter or Christmas. Also if you have any color pallets you would like me to use not not use please let me know.
You can just post on the board or PM me.

Sorry for any confusion, but in the partner swap you only make 1 charm and swap it with your partner (do not mail to me). For the regular swap, you make 4 and mail them to me to be swapped out.
