The theme for this Chunky Charm Swap is CHRISTMAS/WINTER (think Santa, Trees, Snowmen, Snowflakes, etc.) and all colors will be allowed again.
Please read the guidelines and make sure you can follow them all before signing up.
FOR MY REGULAR SWAP:Charms are to be
MAILED BY November 24, 2012 so then can be
RECEIVED BY ME no later than December 1, 2012. (This gives you more than TWO WHOLE MONTHS to create these.) No exceptions! And YES, I know this is Thanksgiving weekend, but if you are out and about shopping, you can drop your package off at the P.O.
International gals are welcome, just make sure you include enough postage for return of charms.
Guidelines:
*Use a Tim Holtz Swivel Clasp (or something similar) for each hanging charm...it can be either size swivel clasp.
*You must use a "minimum" of 10 items/strands on each swivel clasp.
*Use at least 4 different CHRISTMAS/WINTER related charms (can be metal or glass).
*Each hanging charm should be placed on a pretty tag....you must decorate the tags...no plain tags will be accepted. Tags should be at least the size of the TH tags (at least 3 x 6). Please do not make these any larger as I need it to fit in a Small Flat Rate box. There's a few carts with those tags on them if you don't have the TH die.
*Put your MB name on the back.
*You must make a total of 4 hanging charms and you will receive 4 hanging charms in return…unless you want more in return (i.e. make 6 get 6 back)
*The hanging charms that you make can be the same or all different its your choice. You will receive 4 different charms in return (unless you make more).
*These are to be super CHUNKY charms so keep that in mind. No SKINNY charms accepted!
*Please limit the amount of buttons and/or plastic type beads used on the charms.
*Please make sure you tighten down all connections so I’m not having to fix charms before mailing back.
Shipping guidelines:
*All hanging charms must be individually packaged in a ziploc bag for safety in shipping.
*Your charms must be POSTMARKED by November 24, 2012, to be RECEIVED by December 1, 2012.
*I think that a small flat rate box will be the best method of shipping due to the weight of the charms....not only that but so that they are not damaged during shipping.
*Please include $5.35 in cash or Paypal me the $5.35 (no stamps please)...no metered postage or printed postage labels either.
