i dont know how it happened or when, but i tried to make something today and the blade doesnt go up and down on its own any more, it just sits there so drags across the paper and cuts it all up... how do i get it fixed?

Ugh mine is doing the same thing! I have an Expression that works, but I like to take this one when I go to crops.

I'd give customer service a call and see if it's something that can be fixed. (For example with a new blade housing.)
