I am a country girl at heart and have enjoyed receiving what people have sent to me. I enjoy nature and older rustic things if that helps. I have seen what people have made that is steam punk and thought the projects were very neat looking (Silas) but am not sure that is me...

4. Do you want your banner to be Christmas themed? I think I would but am flexible

5. Do you have room to hang a horizontal banner? Yes, on my mantel, my breakfast area or my craft room/bedroom

6. My favorite chocolate/candy/snack is: I have been addicted to Peanutbutter M&Ms lately and also like Jolly Ranchers, Chex Mix (especially the homemade kind), pistacios


7. What is the COLOR SCHEME in the room you want your banner to be made for? If you do it for Christmas, I will hang it in the living room and that is mostly neutrals/rustic room...but it gets much more festive at Christmas time with all the decorations out. If you something other than Christmas for year around, then it will be in a room with neutals but the walls are a pale yellow. I am sure what ever you do will work

8. If it (the banner) is to be Christmas themed, what shades of colors do you decorate with? Our house is decorated with reds and greens. I would prefer it to be the darker reds and greens.

9. What is your hands down absolute favorite Christmas paper right now? To be honest I haven't gone looking yet. Last year I loved the Bo Bunny papers but I liked a lot of Christmas papers and had a hard time not buying last year.

10. Do you like tradtional Reds & Greens, Dark Reds and Greens or Blue/white/silver? I like all three but for hanging on the wall I would prefer to not get the blue/white/silver. That color combination could be good for cards or something not as decorations though

11. Have you traveled outside the USA and if so where have you gone recently? No, don't get to travel much. In fact the last time I left the U.S. was to walk across the border into Mexico and that was probably in 1992

Even though the "2 items in blues and greens reminding you of the ocean" really do not have to be anything ocean theme related....this still needs to be asked: do you vacation at the beach and scrap your beach pictures? We have and would enjoy die cut to put on cards or layouts or even note cards with a beach theme.

15. Do you like scented lotion,bath wash or candles? Not lotion, probably would be ok with bath wash but probably more of an ocean smell or nature than flowers. Candles get forgotten at my house. I should burn them but forget to light them

32. What your favorite shade of blue and green? Don't know.... I like the majority of blues and greens -- ummm probably darker ones than pastels. I like the color of the ocean when it is in an area that is clean and not the dirty color. I like teals. I like the color of the greens in a forest

Ummm, I like the words to the song "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts, "Remember Me" by Tim McGraw, "Unwound" by George Strait, "Fishing in the Dark" by Nitty Gritty Dirt Band... I guess I have several songs that when they come I just want to crank up the radio. Oh gosh, during Christmas if Trans Siberian Orchestra comes on, I turn that up a bit.

If it is a purse shaped container then if it could be used for some sort of storage to hold different items that would be grand... whther year around or Christmas. It is up to you on how you would want to create it.

I would enjoy some things Christmas but I would also enjoy somethings that I can see or use through out the year. If you have found or have some paper that you think would be perfect for the XXX project and it is Christmas or maybe not, then use it and I know I will enjoy what you have done. I don't want you to have an idea and say "Shoot, I can't do that because she just said she wants XXX" This would be true for most of the answers. If you have read something I have answered but until you read that answer you had something else in mind, don't change it. It might be helpful so I understand that you might comment you said XXXX but I had this in mind and thought you might enjoy it based on other comments you have made on the board but you answered this... So I guess what I am saying as long as it was meant for me and not some random I want to make this item just because I want to even if it won't fit Kim, then I am sure I will enjoy it. I love getting a little bit of a surprise.

I guess on that note too. I would prefer you pay attention to the things I don't care for and that would really give you an idea of what I would appreciate. So in the case of candy, if you sent me something with coconut I would think you didn't like me (not that I put it anywhere until now) and I really don't care for poofy feathery things. I have received them in the past and I appreciated that I never said I don't care for it but I really don't care for that kind of thing... all that said there isn't that much I don't like so please enjoy creating!!

I STILL love her and she is still in our lives and she loves to craft.

Hi Ladies! It's been a little while but I did a 12 Days swap last year and had so much fun taking the directives and thing outside the box to create. I couldn't pass it up this year... plus I think my arm might be fractured from the twisting!

I took my girls to their first live concert last summer to see INXS. We had 5th row seat, they ended up in front of the stage and JD pulled them up to sing the last song. They were so sweet to them. They came off stage with drumsticks, guitar picks, signed set lists, kisses and hugs! Love, love, love them!!

This is a frame I made JeanP last year for her 12 days of Christmas swap. Her Hubs loves the grinch so I incorporated a quote from the movie in the Grinch font and framed it. I think he may have stole this from her!

Okay, okay....I'm awake! I can't do this staying up past midnight 2 nights in a row!

I'm working on matching up SSs this afternoon. Put quite a bit of thought into it yesterday and sent out a bunch of PMs to some of you asking questions. Most have replied back.

Just waiting on a couple more gals. Does anyone know if Melody was going away this weekend? I have half a notion to just add her to the list.

I think I can get Secret Sisters assigned before I go to bed tonight but it will take some time to do it with such a large group.

On a side note....our reunion went wonderful last! Smaller group showed up then normal, but that's okay. We even had a fantastic real live band play for an hour (all 70s music)....so I'm just not used to all that loud music and talking and talking and talking! It just always makes me feel so good when I have a chance to see all my classmates and catch up on what's going on in their lives. So I am feeling real generous and real happy today!
