I am very discouraged. My cricut mini will not load my mat at all. The roller that does the loading turns but it will not grab the mat. It started cutting out of sync about four days ago. It could not complete even a simple design. It did not cut in correspondence with the cricut craft room layout either. Have email support because I do not have a phone. As yet I have no response. The machine is under warranty for a few more days. I hope the company will make good on their warranty. Edited by user Friday, August 24, 2012 2:59:47 PM(UTC)

 I continue to email with support. It has been very difficult to get help. I am extremely frustrated.
