Does anyone know of any cute teddy bear stamps that would match the Teddy Bear Parade cart? Or would someone who designs stamps like to make a set? I'm sure there would be plenty of us Cricuteers that would buy it!! :) Thanks!

Are you looking for face stamps? If so PeachyKeen has adorable ones for bears. There is also another lady that has very, very cute face stamps. I'll have to dig to find her blog, but I will look for you.

SU had a series of Bear stamps that had really cute sentiments that went with. Check Splitcoaststampers.com. There is a Buy/Sell thread there. I'm sure you will find them there.
QKR Stamps has great ones also.
