I'm using the pen tool but when I repeat to cut the image things do not match up. Is there a fix?

I learned the hard way, didnt know this, but when you are wanting to do that, draw the design, hit load mat, it will take you back to the top, change bk to the blade, and it will cut evenly. if you unload the paper, it does not match up. hope this helps
