hi can anyone help ???? have a cricut create for about 1year not used it in months .loaded up craft room.now all i have is green on/off button lit.??????will not even load paper.

yvonne o'reilly Sorry, just saw this Yvonne. You will be able to get your Create back to working order by downloading the trial version of Cricut Design Studio. Once that's installed you can backdate the firmware from the Help menu. Here's the link to the trial version: http://www.cricut.com/cds/Update.aspxJust do the first download on that page (the Program update) and install it. Once you open it click the "Continue in Trial mode" button. Once it's backdated you'll still be able to use it with CCR.

@Narelle, Once we download that program, open it and select trial mode, what are the steps for backdating? Thank you for your help.
