I got me a wifi adapter and put it in my machine! It connected right to my wifi with no problems! We decided to change internet services! Well thats where all of my problems start! I tried to switch my E2 to the new connection and it says: The connection to the following network could not be established. Please check the configuration of the network and try again. So I called my internet service provider! They tried to help me and said they have done all they can! They said I need to contact provo craft and see if they can help me! So if anyone else has gone through this and knows what to do I would really appreciate the help! Thanks Edited by user Sunday, July 29, 2012 8:34:35 AM(UTC)

I have the same problem! I have spoken to the Internet service provider and they send me back to Provocraft who sent me back to Internet service. I plan on calling Provocraft again, it would be a nice feature!

Not sure this will help ,but I had a simular problem with something else. Anyway you need a series of numbers that links the 2 together. Both should knowwhat numbers are! Good luck!

I know others have contacted Provo Craft but, I did it again today. I hope to at the very least get a reply back (not to optomistic though). I too have the problems that all of you have had and I'm concidering finding a different machine from a different company.

I have never ever been able to get my WiFi adapter to work. I called PC, I called Verizon, I went in circles for days. Gave up. I'm done.

Mine did work and now it doesn't. Getting the same error the OP listed. Think there may have been some changes to my wireless router, new password or something but don't know how to enter that info into the E2.
Anyone know ?
